Because Good Enough is Never Enough!

The Internal Revenue Service now has several electronic payment options if you owe individual or business taxes.

Electronic payment options are convenient, safe and secure methods for paying taxes or user fees.  Taxpayers can authorize and electronic funds withdrawal, use a credit or debit card or enroll in the U.S. Treasury's Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS).

Taxpayers who file electronically can e-file and e-pay in a single step by authorizing an electronic funds withdrawal via a tax professional.

Regardless of how the return is filed, taxpayers can pay by phone or internet using a credit or debit card.

EFTPS is a tax payment system provided free by the U.S. Department of Treasury.  Enrollment is required.

Businesses and individuals can pay all their federal taxes using EFTPS.  It's secure, fast, accurate, convenient, easy to use and helps reduce penalties.
